+Offered every Friday, Kimberly teaches the 1st Friday of the month and Jeffrey Thomas teaches the other Fridays. Donation classes are open to all, welcomes all level practitioners, and is pay what you can. A reservation is recommended on MINDBODY due to a smaller class size.

+Depending upon the week, 100% of all proceeds are paid forward to Fibromyalgia Coalition International, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization or Jeffrey’s The Mandela Yoga Project.
